Land Use & Planning To deal with all applications relating to land use and planning matters referred by the South Peninsula Administration for comment in accordance with the objectives of the Constitution, reporting to the Executive Committee. 2. The Constantia Shopping Centre To deal with the implementation of the provisions of the Servitude regulating the shopping centers within Constantia Triangle, reporting to the Executive Committee. Ad Hoc Sub-Committees These are set up from time to time to deal with large-scale developments, reporting to the Executive Committee and working in tandem with the Land Use & Planning Sub-Committee.
